I noticed that after the cold fronts blew through South Florida all of my earthworms disappeared from my vermi-container (). I also noticed that I had a hole in the screen of the bottom of my container where the drainage holes are so they must have escaped through there.

The worms I had in my vermi-box were wild collected natives from my yard. My friends and I are going to Gander Mountain tonight in Palm Beach Gardens for my B'day Dinner. While I am there I am hoping to buy some non-refrigerated bait worms to re-stock my box. I hope they have some there!
